All teams will be required to register on before their first pool game. Team Check-In will began on April 21st @ 1pm EST.
Please contact Jeff McGruder @ 615.495.2074 if you will have trouble making Team Check-In due to travel. Items received at Team Check-In will be (3) coach badges, rules and the official NEXT5 schedule.
All teams must sign/turn in a medical wavier before their first game. Waivers can be found online under Full Court/Click Registration/Click Registration Packet/ Sign Pg.2. The medical waiver can be mailed to 7715 Porter House Dr. Nashville, TN 37211, faxed to 615.748.2951 or turned in upon arrival.
